Grease Worker Grease Worker has the following features:
- Prolonged worked penetration test to determine consistency of Lubricating Greases.
- Equipped with presetting digital counter that automatically shuts off the drive motor after any desired number of strokes up to 100,000.
- Grease worker comprises of threaded cup, cover and steel plunger plate with shaft and handle that connects to eccentric cam on driven unit.
- The design is such that a rate of 60 ± 10 storkes per minutes with a minimum length of 67 mm is maintained.
- Power supply 230 V, 1 Phase, 50 Hz.

Leakage Tendencies Leakage Tendencies has the following features:
- Evaluates the tendency of automotive wheel bearing grease to separate oil or grease under prescribed laboratory conditions. The test is performed at elevated temperature in a modified automotive spindle-hub assembly rotated at 660 rpm. Any leakage of oil or grease during the test period is collected and weighed.
- Comprising of digitally controlled oven of steel construction.
- Electrically heating with electric motor for forced air circulation.
- Wheel bearing spindle, front wheel hub, driving belt pulley, grease leakage collector, front roller bearing, rear roller bearing,

Roll Stability Roll Stability has the following features:
- Single and dual speed.
- This test is intended to subject lubricating greases to such a shear stresses as are typical of ball and roller bearings.
- A sample of the lubricating grease under evaluation is worked by rollers rotating in cylinders at a specified temperature and the penetration characteristics of the sample before and after rolling compared in a penetration test in compliance with standard.
- Equipped with an air circulated bath digitally controlled upto +165°C.
- 2/4 corrosion proof stainless steel roll test cylinders with stainless steel roller.
- Rotates steel test cylinders at 10 or 165 rpm.
- Power supply : 440 V, 3 Phase.

Emcor Rust Test Emcor Rust Test has the following features: - Measures the ability of a grease to protect a bearing against corrosion in the presence of water. Two sets of grease-coated bearings per station are partially immersed in water and rotated at a speed of 80 rpm in a sequence of running and resting periods. At end of the test, the raceways of the bearing outer rings are inspected for rust.
- Performs both standing and dynamic test of lubricating greases and oils.
- Consisting of : Test rig with base plate, electric motor with gear and run/stop electronic timer, steel shaft, plummer blocks, self-aligning ball bearings, adapter sleeves, sleeve nuts and V-ring seals.
- Power supply 220 V, 1 Phase, 50 Hz.

Quality Control Grease Machine Quality Control Grease Machine has the following features:- Dropping point determinations are used for identification and quality control purposes and can be an indication of the highest temperature of utility for some applications. The sample is heated at a prescribed rate in a precision machined cup whose sides slope toward an opening at its centre. The temperature at which a liquid drop first falls from the cup is the dropping point of the sample.
- Consists of electrical heater with temperature control and motorized stirrer.
- Complete with 400 ml beaker, holding cover, metal test cup, glass test tube, stopper, spacer ring, clamps for mounting the whole assembly on to the column of stand, heater board with 50 mm dia.

Oxidation Stability Bath - This method covers the determination of the resistance of lubricating greases to oxidation when stored under static conditions for long period of time.
- Two bomb oxidation stability bath f or use with aqueous bath liquids, equipped with digital temperature control, stirrer and oil immersion heater. The bath lid is having 2 openings.
